Formerly known as "Intro to Sensual Yoga & Floorwork" this class fuses together Ashtanga yoga practices with pole dancing inspired floorwork. This fusion class is designed to help you connect to your sensual side and build confidence through movement and flow. Doesn't matter what shape or size you are, or where you are in your life - you will be in a supportive environment where you are encouraged to express and discover yourself so you can strut down the street like the hottie that you are!
