Semi-Private Training-This group exercise program has between 2-5 clients (early scheduling is recommended). All sessions incorporate strength, cardio, stability, toning, cardio conditioning, and flexibility into an undulating periodization model. Semi-Private Training Fundamentals- This group exercise program has between 2-5 clients (early scheduling is recommended). This slower pace, restorative training session focuses on myofacial release, active dynamic and passive stretching, and corrective exercise progressions to perfect functional movement patterns. This will prevent injury, increase athletic performance efficiency, and ensure longevity through sustainable movement patterns.
