Sunday, March 27 - Realign With Spirit Sound Bath
Realign With Spirit(@RealignWithSpirit) presents a Sound Bath composed with the use of world instruments such as singing bowls, drums, rattles, and flutes, with the intention of complementing the practice of meditation. Whether you are new or familiar with meditation, these instruments work wonderfully with the body and mind. The musical instruments used have the ability to tune into the nervous system and bring one's brainwaves to a more coherent state. During this Sound Bath, one may also dive into a deep meditation, gain clarity of mind, and an overall feeling of peace. Come with an open heart and mind and follow the guidance that comes through to you.

Saje Natural Wellness: Realign after the Sound Bath with a peppermint halo, a cooling and soothing oil blend of peppermint, rosemary and lavender for the head. Saje ambassadors will be onsite offering samples following the session.
