Secret Sunset Sound Bath

At sunset, we will gather at a secret location Oakland (to be disclosed 36 hours before the event) to experience a deeply meditative journey that includes yogic movement & sound healing. The session will begin with a 15-minute mindful yoga flow to settle the body and mind into the present moment. You will then be immersed in the sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes & other instruments - bringing harmony into your emotional & energetic being. You'll leave the session with a sense of greater connectedness to your surroundings, refreshed from a deeper understanding of yourself, and recharged with new inner visions for a specific area in your life. We'll leave space at the end of the session for a short meditation or journaling exercise.

Healing sounds with different vibrations can help clear subconscious energetic, emotional, and mental blockages, and bring on different benefits:

~ curious what an energetic massage would be like with sound frequencies

~ navigating through fear, anxiety, burn-out

~wanting to be in touch with your inner-child & experience something new and magical again

~ looking to feel more at home with themselves again

~highly creative, but need to slow down the chatter to find more clarity & focus

WHAT TO BRING:

~Comfortable and warm clothes

~Yoga mat or blanket to lay on (or both)

~Light throw or shawl to keep you warm - our body temperature drops in deep meditation

~A journal or notepad and pen(we will do a brief writing exercise)

~(Optional) An eye mask or eye pillow
