Event Title:
Six Degrees Society SF Presents The Motherhood Conundrum: The Different Paths to Motherhood with Pacific Fertility Center

What's Happening:
Did you know that working moms is definitely the new normal? Seventy percent of mothers with children under 18 are working moms. Over 75 percent of those working moms are employed full-time. We've come a long way from 1960, when mothers were the primary or sole earners for only 11 percent of households with children (today, it's 40 percent), but have we come far enough?

Many women are owning the decision to plan for motherhood later in life with technologies like egg freezing available, while others are opting to try motherhood on their own. Yet with so many options comes sensory overload. What is the right choice? And what if your career is taking a precedent over motherhood? What are some ways to evaluate your next steps.

Join Six Degrees Society, in partnership with the fabulous folks at Pacific Fertility Center, the premiere fertility care, for a candid and necessary discussion about how women today are redefining the role of "mom." We'll be joined by women who are at different stages of both their careers and motherhood. Together, they'll discuss their decision to become moms the challenges they have personally faced with making this decision. They'll share how they are addressing it and explore solutions for how we can and should evolve as a society.

Throughout the event enjoy acupuncture sessions and schedule your free AMH Test!
