Multi-tasking, over exposure to digital technology, and daily routine changes due to increased screen time are the main topics of this documentary. Following the screening, we will have the pleasure of hosting Sixtine Gontier (http://www.sixtinecoaching.com/contact.html), an academic coach, who will moderate an open discussion on these subjects and more. We will also share resources and tips on setting up limits for a more reasonable use of technology by our children. Factual and not moralizing, this documentary will shed new light on this hot topic as well as practical solutions.
