Scott's Seafood San Jose Brewmaster's Dinner Featuring Firestone Walker

Scott's Seafood San Jose is proud to announce that it will host its first Brewmaster's dinner featuring Firestone Walker on Thursday, June 26th, 2014 from 6pm to 8:30pm on Scott's Seafood rooftop patio. Scott's Seafood is located on the sixth floor of the City View Plaza located at 185 Park Ave in Downtown San Jose. Cost for this dinner will be $40 dollars per person.
Chef Alfonso Tamayo has created a very special menu for this four-course beer dinner that will compliment Firestones award winning beers. Guest will also be able to learn more about Firestone Walker from Firestone Brewmaster Jeffers, who will be in attendance at this dinner along with others of the Firestone team. The Brewmaster's dinner will begin with a beer reception at 6pm where guest will be able to meet and greet with staff of Scott's Seafood and Firestone Walker. Scott's Seafood San Jose has selected four of Firestones most popular award winning beers to pair with this special menu. This menu will include the following four courses:
-Beer Reception: Bacon wrapped prawns and Shrimp Ceviche with Firestones Pale31
-First Course: Nuts and Berries Cheese Plate. Paired with Pivo Hoppy Pils.
-Second Course: Butter Leaf Lettuce, Spicy Pecans, and Goat Cheese, with Raspberry Vinaigrette. Paired with Double Barrel Ale.
-Third Course: Seared Ahi Tuna with Ponzu Sauce, Sticky Rice, and Bok Choy. Paired with Union Jack IPA.
-Fourth Course: Bread Pudding with Whipped Cream and Caramel Sauce. Paired with Stickee Monkee Central Coast Quad.
