The holidays are for gathering friends and family over incredible meals, delicious wine, and warm cozy evenings. With crab season in full swing (finally) we'd like to celebrate it with a select crowd. We'll be doing one seating for this dinner, four courses with wines selected to pair with Chef Matt's amazing crab dishes.
Chef will be presenting each of his dishes and the trained staff at Scopo Divino will discuss with everyone why the particular wines were selected for each pairing. In this way it will be a night of education, and as always guests of the dinner will have access to special one-night-only pricing on the wines should they like any to go.
