Scala's Bistro Cooking Series & Aperitif Pairing

Join Scala's Bistro as it kicks off an intensive new cooking workshop series. Students will learn how to prepare fresh pasta, break down a whole chicken, stuff a chicken leg, and work with pastry dough.
Guests will arrive on site and be led into the Wine Room for a light breakfast and coffee. Following breakfast, guests will be led into the kitchen for ‘line up’ with the chefs.
Upon receiving their instruction, guests will break up into groups and enjoy a hands-on experience in a high-volume, iconic San Francisco establishment. Chefs Larry Finn and Kimberly Bugler have crafted a menu for each occasion, including an aperitif pairing with Americano, Spritz, and Negroni. Guests will leave with a recipe booklet and small takeaway.

Sweet pea agnolotti
Roasted chicken
Poblano roulade
Rhubarb tart with crème fraiche

$150 SCALA'S BISTRO COOKING SERIES Ticket includes continental breakfast, a half-day cooking workshop and lunch with wine pairings. $50 of ticket price will be donated to the SF-Marin Food Bank
