Join the Master Food Preservers to make delicious sauerkraut (fermented cabbage). We'll learn the process including tips for creating a safe and delicious product. Then each attendee will put together a jar to take home to ferment and enjoy. Please register, as there will be limited space for walk-ins.
Before and after the workshop their expert teachers will also be on hand to answer additional questions and we will have a variety of pickling supplies for sale.
