We're SO excited to have Peter teaching with us on the beach! Peter Walters is a San Francisco based yoga teacher, practitioner of joy and kindness, and a devoted student of life. He teaches a playful, music-infused, freestyle vinyasa practice that is truly a celebration of life and the present moment. Peter is on a mission to help folks become students of their lives-- to soften their edges, to find devotion, to step into fear, to practice unconditional love, to open their hearts and voices so that they may truly Begin Again. How does it work? We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + and music. Everyone is on the same channel. No need to bring your own headphones. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.
Class location: Baker Beach. Exact meeting location details will be sent to you when you sign up.
What you need: A beach towel or mat, warm layers, and water. Don't bring your nice yoga mat bc it will get sandy!
