Santa Clara Family Health Plan's 25th Anniversary Fair, a fun-filled family event to promote health and wellness for all.
SCFHP is working with 24 local partners to offer free health screenings, vaccines, health and wellness activities, cultural performances and more! Among the organizations offering services are SCFHP's partners Bay Area Community Health (BACH) and the Santa Clara County Public Health Department, and local community-based organizations such as ICAN, On Lok, Second Harvest Food Bank, Healthier Kids Foundation, and more. And lastly, the event will feature a one-of-a-kind Health Pavilion inviting the community to learn more about SCFHP in a friendly interactive setting with games and prizes (while supplies last).
