Local hospitals need you to save a life by donating blood. During the July 4th holiday, blood donations historically drop by as much as 40%, yet the need for blood can actually increase due to a higher rate of traffic accidents and traumatic injuries during this period.
Every 3 seconds someone in America needs blood and 100% of the blood supply comes from volunteer blood donors. You can help keep the blood supply at adequate levels for hospitals and patients, please share this message with your friends and family, and make an appointment to donate if eligible.
