The COVID-19 pandemic has devastated the entertainment community, but as San Franciscans we will get through this by working together and supporting one another.
Join the Entertainment Commission, City officials, community leaders, and industry peers for a Virtual Summit to address current challenges and work together to create a path toward recovery.

COVID-19 has dramatically impacted life in San Francisco and across the world. In these sessions, we will hear from local leaders about the latest in the City's response to this pandemic and discuss the impacts to-date on the local nightlife and entertainment industry.

An Update on San Francisco's Efforts to Protect Community Health
Speaker: Dr. Tomás J. Aragón, Health Officer, City and County of San Francisco
Dr. Aragón will provide a brief update on San Francisco's progress to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and current and future public health orders issued to combat this crisis.

The Impact of COVID-19 on the Local Economy
Over the last few months, San Francisco residents and businesses have made tremendous sacrifices to protect our community's health and safety. As the City and the state begin to use a phased approach to reopen the economy, this panel will discuss what we know about COVID-19's impact on the local economy and the resources available for businesses impacted by this crisis.

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced nightlife venues to temporarily shut down around the world, leaving many operators, employees, and entertainers uncertain when, or if, their beloved venues will open their doors again. This panel will explore both what nightlife needs to navigate the current world of "social distancing" as well as how to build a more sustainable future for San Francisco entertainment moving forward.
