Golden Gate Park Loop
5 KM
GG Park - west end
A wonderful place to enjoy the trees, birds and meet up with other runners.

Lake Merced Loop
4.46 Miles
Lake Merced
Mostly flat.  

1.5 Miles
A perfect, flat run for beginners and advanced runners.   Advanced runners can get their fartlek on by heading into GG Park.

Presidio Heights
4 Miles
Presidio Gate (Lombard & Lyon)
A great place to head out into the Presidio.

Presidio & Marina
4.5 Miles
Palace of Fine Arts

Presidio Coastal Trail
5.25 Miles
Palace of Fine Arts

Ocean Beach
4 Miles
Lincoln to Sloat Boulevard
A great flat run while you can check out the waves.


Kezar Stadium
1/4 Mile
Golden Gate Park
A popular all-weather track that gets crowded on weeknights.

Cox Stadium (SFSU)
1/4 Mile
San Francisco State University (SFSU)
An all-weather track that's open to public.  During their track season, the track is usually in use from 2pm - 5pm.

Lowell High School
1/4 Mile
1101 Eucalyptus (Lakeside)
Dirt track.

Washington High School
1/4 Mile
30th & Anza (The Richmond)
All-weather track.

Polo Field
3/4 Mile
Golden Gate Park
A good place to run longer intervals on the upper loop.  But it's a bad track.


Turkey Beach Trot
6 Miles
Ocean Beach, at the Cliff House

Hook & Ladder
10 KM
Golden Gate Park

Across the Bay
12 KM
Sausalito to Aquatic Park

Bay to Breakers
12 KM
Downtown to Ocean Beach

San Francisco Marathon
26.2 Miles
Downtown to Ocean Beach to Golden Gate Beach
