SFCS is a reservation only private champagne lounge that was created to provide an arena for fellow champagne enthusiasts to gather and indulge in a champagne experience. It is much more than just another glass of bubbles. It is my intention to create a virtual and a real space to share what I and my friends and colleagues have learned about sparkling wines. Our focus will be on the small grower producers and micro-negociants that fill as little as 6,000 bottles (500 cases) of champagne a year. Please join us for a glass.
