Running to the Mat is for you. You start with a 45-minute group run through the Presidio trails and then meet back at A Runner's Mind for a 45-minute strong yoga practice with adjustments and modifications for all level students. You will get a great workout and will feel energized afterwards.
This is perfect for supplementing your race training and adding another layer of body awareness to help with common running injuries. The yoga focusses on upper body and core strengthening while addesssing tight leg and hip muscles.
Bring your own mat or rent one for $1. Don't forget a towel!
