This is your chance to run with an Olympian! At this event, you’ll learn Track and Field inspired movements and proper running mechanics from the TrackGirlz Fitness and Nutrition expert, Jennifer Nash Forrester, Olympian and Founder, Mechelle Lewis Freeman, Olympian Deena Kastor and Olympian Alysia Montano.
The capacity is unlimited, so feel free to bring your friends.
The event will kick-off at Sports Basement Berkeley, and then the group will head out for some sweaty fun and good times.
Post-workout, we’ll head back to the store for a Q&A with these impressively fit ladies who run on the importance of creating a balanced lifestyle, self-care and their approaches to workouts, nutrition and recovery. Recovery refreshments and healthy snacks will be provided by CLIF.
