The Midway Presents: Rum Passport
The Midway has partnered with Bacardi to create a transcendent rum dining experience that will transport you to tropical lands where the breeze is warm, the waves gently crash on the shore and you can enjoy the perfect island-style cocktail. Chef Luis Lagos has taken inspiration from popular tiki destinations to create a fun, vibrant, 4-course menu to enjoy alongside your delicious cocktails. Let island time set in and simply kick back and enjoy the ride. (Remember though, reservations are in Pacific Time, not Island Time, so show up ON TIME!)
And don't forget, wear your finest tropical shirt to be entered into a raffle onsite to win a bottle of rum to take home!
