What is Flywheel?
For over 7 years, Flywheel indoor cycling classes have pushed countless riders to achieve their fitness goals. Its rides feature performance-tracking FLY Tech to help you measure your progress over time. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
You must be 18 or older to participate. Please bring your ID to check in.
When do I need to arrive?
You must arrive 30 minutes before the class is scheduled to begin. Class starts at 7:00am, so we'll see you at the studio at 6:30am sharp.
What can I bring to the event?
The usual - workout clothing, sneakers, water bottle, etc. Flywheel is providing cycling shoes.
The studio also has full-service locker rooms with showers.
Can I invite my co-workers?
You bet! The more the merrier. Just make sure they grab their tickets early here.
