For one night only, Executive Chef Sujan Sarkar joins forces with Chefs from The Absinthe Group. We'll begin the evening with a specialty Barcino cocktail toast, later showcasing unique dishes from our kitchen combined with dishes from Absinthe Brasserie & Bar, Bellota and Comstock Saloon.
Ticket pricing includes a 30-minute reception with a welcome drink and passed appetizers, followed by a seated six-course dinner. An optional wine and cocktail pairing will be offered to enhance your evening. Vegetarian substitutions are also available.
