ROOH and La Mar (celebrating its 9th Anniversary) join forces for an exclusive Collaboration Dinner Series showcasing the delicate nuances of Peruvian andprogressive Indian cuisine. Executive Chef Sujan Sarkar of ROOH and Executive Chef Victoriano Lopez of La Mar guide guests through a two-part dinner series on Thursday, September 28 at La Mar and on Sunday, November 12 at ROOH.
The six-course tasting menu ($129 per person) offers specialty dishes from each chef highlighting the regional cuisines of Peru and India. Optional cocktail and wine pairing are available for an additional $30 per person. Guests are welcomed to a reception at 6:30pm followed by a seated dinner at 7:00pm.
