Rockridge Rock-N-Stroll brings outdoor live music dotted along College Avenue, big sales from merchants, give-a-ways, tastings with special menus, popup vendors, kids' crafts, and fun activities for the whole family. The retailers, restaurants, and service providers that make up the Rockridge District welcome you to experience of local goods, art shows, spa specials, fine dining, savory sweets, and delicious drinks. Every second Saturday of the month, attendees are invited to stroll, sip, sample, and save.
During Rock-N-Stroll, you can participate in the annual Rock-N-Hunt, a fun scavenger hunt for all ages.
Each individual/team/family will be given a list of items, challenges, or riddles ("clues") that must be found in the Rockridge District during the allotted time. The goal is to find as many items as possible because each correct discovery counts as one raffle entry into a drawing for 1st, 2nd or 3rd prize packages. All ages can compete; some clues are easier than others.
1st Place Gift card bundle: $200 in available Rockridge Gift Cards of your choice. $200 in a selection of Rockridge Gift Cards and Prizes curated by us.
2nd & 3rd Place Gift card bundle: $100 in a selection of Rockridge Gift Cards and Prizes curated by us.
The scavenger hunt is hosted by the business community of the Rockridge District. Therefore, the clues can all be found inside or around businesses that serve the public (ie. retail shops, restaurants, bars, gyms, cafes, churches, libraries, etc.).
All clues are found along College Avenue between Broadway and Alcatraz Avenue. We endeavor to make clues accessible - clues are on the ground floor or can be seen/found from ground level. Some clues can be found online while others can only be found in person. A digital camera or camera phone is needed for most clues.
