at Mango Dome Community Center (see times)

How do you make dating an exciting and pleasurable experience rather than an anxiety-provoking or depressing chore? Despite what pick-up culture may suggest, there is not a one-size fits all formula to dating success. In this experiential and interactive workshop, create your own personalized roadmap so you can discover the potential between you and your date AND actually enjoy yourself!  Join Dr. Alison Ash, sexual empowerment coach and educator, and:
We will:

Discover great ideas for first dates ranging from a 30-minute quickie to a day-long adventure

Explore when and how to dive deep without creating an interview-like vibe

Hack attraction and practice confidently flirt in a way that feels authentic

Learn how to end a date when you're interested in another, and when you're not

Develop your own pre and post date self-care ritual so you can soothe anxiety or disappointment and redirect to confidence and positivity

This workshop will help you transform your first dates into experiences that you look forward to and will help you create deeper connections! After the workshop ends at 9:30, there will be an hour long mixer to allow participants the chance to form connections - who knows, perhaps you'll find a new and exciting person to date!

This is the second workshop in the Dating Demystified Series:
Dating in the 20th century is arguably more complicated than ever before. From the advances that have created a multitude of online dating applications to conflicting dating advice that is often outdated, heteronormative, and limits the potential of authentic and enjoyable experiences. No wonder it’s so confusing and frustrating!
With Pump Up Your Profile, Rock that  Date, and How to Pick your Person(s), you will get the information, insight, and tools that will make dating a pleasurable adventure in connection! Each workshop will focus on a different aspect of modern dating and builds upon each other to give you inspiration and useful skills for finding and creating nourishing relationships.
