Rio Grill Announces Its 2013 Flavor Education Series
Meet A Fish Monger, Learn How To Make Tasty Libations and Celebrate All Things Pumpkin
Rio Grill, located in the Crossroads, Carmel, announces the 2013 "Flavor Education Series" that celebrates the food and flavors of the Southwest.
Chef Cy Yontz created this class series for people to learn about food, enjoy a tasty meal and relax with friends and a refreshing cocktail or glass of wine. During each class, attendees will learn the art of creating southwest inspired recipes and enjoy lunch and libations with Chef Cy.

Seafood With Local Fish Monger Robbie Torrise
Meet a local fish purveyor and learn all about the fresh catch! Enjoy a three course lunch created by Chef Cy paired with cocktails. Take home a goodie bag (including secret seasonings by Chef Cy) as a gift for the 2013 Flavor Series classes.

Fresh Herbs and Cocktails
Learn how to combine herbs to create tasty libations! Shake rattle and roll with Rio’s Barman Eddie Banaszek and learn about combining fresh herbs and spirits and enjoy a four course lunch prepared by Chef Cy.

All Things Pumpkin with Inga’s Pie Whole and Chef Cy.
Celebrate the harvest and learn about all things pumpkin. Inga’s Pie Whole will teach you to create fresh pies while Chef Cy will turn pumpkin into a tantalizing 3 course lunch.
