Restorative Yoga with Essential Oils and Hot Stones

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Restorative yoga is an all level gentle practice comprised of long-held supported poses and calming breath work. This experience is designed to activate the body’s innate relaxation response which invites healing and restores balance. Most postures are done on the ground with multiple props so that the body is completely supported at all times. This supportive practice allows the nervous system to calm, and the mind to rest. The calming characteristics of restorative yoga soothes the mind-body, while allowing room for breath and deep relaxation. As an added layer of relaxation, there will be hot stones and essential oils for balance and aromatherapy.
