On this evening, Nicola Noelle Buffa and *Special Guest* Lauryn Lavandula will create a harmonious environment using Vibrational Healing of Sound, Light, Color, Aromatherapy, and Movement; Using a ceremonial setting in which people can feel free to have a thoughtful internal experience.
****Doors at 7pm, Sound begins at 7:30.
****Don't forget to bring yoga mats to rest upon, blankets, pillows, and anything you wish to have in the space for extra comfort. We invite you to relax and find peace and serenity.
****There will be no Reiki at this event, Becca Davis will return at the end of the month, 8/30. Thank you.
As Special Guest, Lauryn will be opening the space with some gentle motions which will lead to some clearing & activating movements using the body, vocal chords & breath before we settle down onto our mats for a relaxing, transformational and harmonious journey!
