Harmeet Kaur Dhillon, founder and senior partner of Dhillon Law Group Inc., is an experienced business trial lawyer, trusted boardroom advisor and passionate advocate for individual, corporate and institutional clients across numerous industries and walks of life.
Harmeet was Editor in Chief of The Dartmouth Review. She was President of the Federalist Society of the University of Virginia Law School and clerked for Hon Paul V. Niemeyer in the 4th Circuit. She has been a California Republican Party delegate for over a decade, representing San Francisco. She was chair of the San Francisco Republican Party for four years, served three years as Vice Chair of the California Republican Party (the first woman to win that position) and is currently the Republican National Committee Committeewoman, representing California on the RNC Standing Rules Committee.
At the 2016 Republican National Convention, Harmeet was an at-large delegate from California for Donald Trump, served as California Committeewoman on the Convention Rules Committee, and opened the second day nominating floor session of the convention with a Sikh prayer.
Harmeet has made national headlines with prominent lawsuits representing conservative and free speech plaintiffs. She represented San Jose Trump supporters in a civil rights lawsuit against the City of San Jose and its police for failing to protect them in a riot after a June, 2016 Trump rally. She represents the Berkeley College Republicans and Young America’s Foundation suing UC Berkeley for violating the First Amendment rights of conservatives on campus. She represents the Google engineer fired for his political views this summer.
Several members of the Berkeley College Republicans will also attend and give a brief description of the issues they deal with as a result of the school’s liberal administration and students.
Harmeet is a frequent guest on national news shows including Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham, Justice with Judge Jeanine, Fox and Friends, Fox Business Channel, CNN International, NPR and more.
Harmeet and her husband live in San Francisco on the crooked block of Lombard Street and northern Sonoma County, where they enjoy sailing and hiking along the ocean bluffs.
