Who are you? Who do want to be? Ever feel like you were "supposed" to be someone or something. . . and then when you achieved that, you didn't really want to be that anymore?
This will be an evening to explore your identity anchors, and unravel the stories you hold about who you are.
If you're at a life inflection point (new job, new relationship, career change), or if you feel like you're at a plateau and just going through the motions, you'll come away with more personal insight and clarity about yourself and your life.
Through conversation, personal reflection, and group practice, you'll reclaim your story and feel empowered to choose who you want to be.
There will be light bites served, but please note this is an alcohol-free event.
Please arrive promptly at 6pm.
This event is hosted by The Club at Wingtip.
Wingtip is located in the heart of San Francisco's financial district and occupies the two penthouse floors (plus a rooftop) in the historic 1908 Bank of Italy building. We are a private social members club that attracts a lot of up and coming business leaders that use the club for both work and play.
If you are member of Wingtip and would like to attend this event, please contact Lauren to register.
Message from the Organizer:
I've been a receptionist and an attorney, a yoga teacher and an executive coach, an editor and an author, a daughter and a sister, a friend and a lover, and so many other things. There is so much I've learned in recent years about reinventing myself, both professionally and personally, and how to do so gently and with kindness -- and how gentle, intentional change plus your natural curiosity and desire for growth can be the most potent and effective force within you. This is the first time I've offered this workshop publicly, and I am so excited to support and be of service to you on your journey of creating yourself and your life.
