Reiki & Restore Workshop

~Treat yourself to this timeless Healing, Limited Space Available~
In this workshop we set our course for an internal journey. One in which we seek to find parts of our "selves" both familiar and foreign; those playing in the light and those who may find solace in the shadow; our "wounded children." We'll offer space for them to be seen, heard, supported, loved, and healed.
Our time together will be spent settling in... to our bodies.. to our minds.. and to our hearts; allowing a sense of wholeness, of recognizing and living each moment to its eternal completion. Restorative practice creates a safe and nurturing environment promoting deep, restful release. We build lay-z-boy-esque supports with blankets, bolsters, and blocks so that we can comfortably sink into long held floor postures. We're able to tap into our parasympathetic nervous system, taking us out of our “Fight or Flight” response and into the place of rest and digestion on all levels. Once we're there, “Time” starts to change, the pace of life slows from a rushing river to a gentle stream, and finally becomes a nourishing well from which we can drink, feeling rejuvenated.
Reiki is a healing energy of the highest vibration, emanating from the very core of our Uni-verse. Simply put.. it is the power of Love. With light touch (or depending on preference, hands hovering over the body) Reiki softens us, it sheds layers, years, and lifetimes of stress, negativity, and blockage from our entire being.
Come, choose to create ease in your life! You will leave feeling divinely refreshed and able to again experience flowing, graceful and lively connection with your Self.
Cost/Investment: $35
When: Saturday,  September 30th, 2-4pm, with a Tea Time integration hour from 4-5pm to offer what came up for us. (Tea not included in price of the workshop)
What to Wear:
Warm, cozy, stretchy materials that cover the body. Flowy materials may be a hindrance to creating the poses with ease. A warm pair of socks is also helpful, for us to become completely relaxed the body must feel warm and supported. If you have a favorite blanket feel free to bring that, and of course... any crystals and guides you're working with that will behave with others in a relaxed environment : )
