This pop-up dinner was created by Soe (2016 SAVEUR award-winning blogger) and Ingrid (blogger, Mavencook founder ~ Food Technology start-up in the making, and a professional chef) resist recent surge of xenophobia from the current administration. Our 7+ course menu takes inspiration from the backbone of many immigrants' struggle – assimilating into a new culture while remembering their origins and cultures. We will be featuring dishes inspired from our respective Southeast Asia regions. Come join our dinner to experience how diversity makes life more colorful, interesting and rewarding.Â
