Self-Care is the talk of the town. How can you be your best, excel in your career and personal life, while keeping your own health and energy levels up?
On Sunday, September 30th, join us at The Assembly, to discuss Self-Care and unlock your personal Self-Care code that will be achievable, sustainable and realistic. Life can be a lot - especially if you have many roles and responsibilities and try to be amazing at every single thing you touch.
At the realistic Self-Care Workshop we will exercise mindfulness practices to get in touch with your inner voice, discuss limiting believes that are shaping your current behavior and tackle the topic of ‘time management’ with productivity coach Alexis Haselberger, as well as boundaries and priorities. Let’s get real and establish small shifts on a daily basis to elevate your personal well-being.
This event will be followed up by an email program with more resources and e-support! Because creating new habits takes consistency and we will provide the framework for that.
Together with:
• Maike Mancuso, Lifestyle Coach, Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Health Coach
• Alexis Haselberger, Productivity Coach
In this program we will cover the following:
- Learn about your own view on Self-Care
- Establish a daily / weekly practice that is realistic, doable and sustainable
- Exercise time management to support your new routines and install them into your day
- Source from the community of like-minded people and inspire each other to stay in track
