Meet Nourish Cafe's very own Hannah Kaminsky as we celebrate the release of her fifth cookbook, Real Food, Really Fast! Although best known for her sweet contributions in the Nourish kitchen, Hannah will be sharing her first printed venture into savory territory, demonstrating that plant-based meals can be every bit as quick and healthy as they are delicious.

For this official book release party, a number of appetizers coming straight from the recipe section will be passed, including both sweet and savory tastes to highlight the diverse range of flavors featured within. Hannah will lead a brief discussion, with hints and tips to speed up your own cooking routine, followed by a Q+A session.
