San Francisco and Hudson Valley-based RAWdance present the third digital edition of its long-running CONCEPT series, serving up dances for camera, witty banter, and joyful community vibes. RAWdance will be joined by Bay Area guest artists Paufve Dance, Visceral Roots Dance Co., natalya shoaf, Hannah Westbrook, and Andreína Maldonado, as well as New York-based guest artist Leighann Kowalksy.
Hosted live by RAWdance's Co-Artistic Directors, the CONCEPT series: Digital Edition highlights dances for camera, with a mix of short dance films, works-in-progress, and digital experiments. Throughout the event, audiences will be encouraged to share impressions and feedback with the choreographers, helping to provide an outside perspective as they continue to craft their works. The event will wrap with a 10-minute dance party power set -- a fast and fun way to shake off the week and get the weekend started right.
Pay-what-you-can! (Suggested $10-25) All profits will be shared equally amongst participating guest artists.
