PUSH - Stroller Fitness for Moms
PUSH is a stroller based fitness class designed to give moms a total body workout. Every workout focuses on getting your heart rate up to improve your endurance, strengthen muscles, and burn calories. PUSH consists of a cardiovascular workout, core conditioning, and body toning exercises that incorporate the use of your stroller and a resistance band. Each class is taught by certified fitness instructors. We are always adding new exercises to our workouts so that you will be challenged and never get bored with the same old workouts. In just one hour you will improve your stamina, flexibility, and strength.
Classes meet at Almaden Lake Park (Winfield Avenue Side).
