You are cordially invited to our third Rendezvous at the trendy W Hotel in San Francisco! The newly renovated Upstairs Bar & Lounge on the second floor of the W along with the Grand Ballroom will be exclusively ours for the whole evening!
The mission of our FALL RENDEZVOUS is to increase public awareness of the MAN AND WOMAN OF THE YEAR (MWOY) campaign by THE LEUKEMIA & LYMPHOMA SOCIETY (LLS), a 10-week fundraising competition to raise funds for blood cancer research. The competition began here in San Francisco twenty three years ago! Now hundreds of men and women in over 60 cities across America vie for the title each year in the fundraising competition.
During the event we will reveal the new MWOY bus ads, featuring 2013 Man and Woman of the Year, STEVE CHEN and CHRISTINA RESASCO, and also officially start recruitment for the 2014 campaign.
Come early, learn about LLS’ mission, the purpose and importance of the MWOY campaign; mingle and network with Silicon Valley’s young professionals, entrepreneurs and startup founders; chat and flirt with San Francisco’s elite socialites while enjoying lounge music and great signature drinks at the W’s swanky Upstairs Bar! Meet new people, make new friends and build new social and business connections in a non-formal and relaxed environment during the Social Mixer from 8pm-10pm, followed by a chic and sophisticated FASHION SHOW by San Francisco’s very own Olga Salakhutdinova, and then dance the night away in the Grand Ballroom to the house beats by Bay Area’s top DJs:
