How to make a plan, despite uncertainty


How to prioritize your work


How to determine who does what


How to figure out what you need to be successful




Pre-work: When you enroll, you will be sent a template that you will be asked to complete so that you will get the most benefit for your business.

LouAnn Conner is the Founder and CEO of SagaciousThink, LLC a globally focused consulting company in the heart of Silicon Valley. Fortune 500 clients include eBay, Gap and Cisco working on strategy, post M&A integration, enterprise system implementation and change management. The work she does with small and medium companies seeking to expand to new markets she has found especially rewarding, she’s worked with companies from over 20 countries and comes away in awe of the ingenuity and perseverance of the teams she engages with. 
LouAnn is also the Director of the Small Business Program at Golden Gate University which has helped hundreds of founders define their goals and strategy and give them the tools and connections to move their businesses forward. She is also an adjunct at Golden Gate University at the Ageno School of Business teaching classes in International Business and Strategy, Context of Business, Entrepreneurship, Managerial Analysis and Team Dynamics.



Marie Spark

Marie Spark has more than 15 years of project and quality management experience within technology, banking, and the nonprofit sector. She originally discovered teaching at Bank of America as a Six Sigma Black Belt coach. After leaving BofA in 2012, Marie chose to apply her skills and experience to teaching project management as a career. She started at Golden Gate University as an adjunct instructor in 2015. Other teaching experience includes UC Irvine Extension, UC Berkeley Extension and ITT-Technical Institute, as well as boot camps for passing the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam. Marie has been very involved in the PMI (Project Management Institute) San Francisco chapter, and has served in key board and operations leadership roles.
