Progressive Grounds

This cafe has got a fireplace, and not just any old fireplace, but one bordered with cheerful yellow bricks, an old dentist's chair, a couple of bookcases, and other congenial clutter, for a comfy, homey feel. There's extra firewood in the backyard, kept dry under a light roof, so you can take some logs and build up the fire yourself. The yard (Cathy's love garden) also has tables and chairs, protected (just barely) from the rain. There's a front room too, like any ordinary coffee shop, but why would anyone sit there when you've got the back-fire-room and the yard to choose from? The coffee is fine, the baked sweets are tasty, and there are other options like falafel sandwiches, sarsaparilla soda, and ice cream.
