It's easy to start creating your own podcast telling your stories through your voice, with minimal gear and experience.

In this online workshop, you will learn how to select gear for your podcast, and best practices on how to record, edit and publish audio content. Learn how to get your broadcast out to the world by learning how to submit your podcast to Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, and sharing your RSS feed with other listeners.

We'll cover a range of topics including:

o Building your podcast's voice, image and brand
o Choosing recording software and hardware within your budget
o Recording your podcast with one or multiple microphones
o Editing your podcast and cleaning up the audio for broadcast
o Uploading your podcast where it can be heard
o Submitting your podcast to Apple Podcasts and Stitcher
o Using your podcast's RSS feed
o Expanding into video podcasting

This online workshop will be held over two 3 hour classes via Zoom. We will have an online community chat to share your questions during and beyond the workshop. The workshop will be recorded, archived and shared with participants for a limited time. In addition, the teacher will offer office hours during a scheduled time throughout the week.
