Prix Fixe Tea & Food Pairing w/Tap Twice Tea at Onsen

Join Tap Twice Tea and Onsen for a unique tea pairing with dishes from Onsen's Chef George Meza. Onsen will be serving four dishes that Tap Twice has selected from Onsen's a la carte Menu to pair with four teas that they have sourced. The Menu will include Onsen's house made pickles, a seasonal vegetable dish, Onsen's Mushroom Dumplings and a House made Dessert. Tap Twice will be discussing their tea's origins, processing techniques, and flavor profiles. Together we’ll experience and discuss the amazing flavors in these pairings.  Tap Twice Tea is a San Franciso based company who source their teas directly from small family run tea farms. The dinner will be hosted at Onsen, a restaurant and urban bathhouse.
