Week 1 - Balancing Poses and Hanumanasana
Week 2 - Advanced Backbends
Week 3 - Inversions & Arm Balances
Ticket price includes all 3 weeks! Fridays, October 4th-18th, 7-8:15am.
Small class size and 2 instructors will allow you receive the assistance you need to safely achieve challenging new poses.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. Arrive 10 minutes early to set up.
