Pop Up University one-day-events are here today and gone tomorrow, and will be popping up throughout the Bay Area in 2013, each time with a different focus. Living Healthy, the first in the series, is being held on Saturday, June 8th at the Woman's Club of Palo Alto.
The Live Healthy Speaker Series will include seminars focusing on how to live healthy in your everyday life. There's an excellent line-up of acclaimed professors and health professionals for attendees to listen in on and discuss exciting information about fitness, nutrition, wellness, and sustainable living.
