Silent Motion is offering a FREE Silent (disco) Yoga class at beautiful Lafayette Park in Pacific Heights. This All Levels Yoga Class is FREE to participants. You will be lead through this Yoga Class with Yoga Tree's Mike Richardson.

All of our classes (unless specified) are an All Levels yoga classes. Although we do suggest some yoga background, you are more than welcome to join us.
What do I bring?
Bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. Dress in layers, as we all know, San Francisco weather can shift really quickly. The weather for this event looks nice. As you move your body, you will naturally warm up.
