Although Rabindranath Tagore's work is world-renowned, he had a pretty private life. That's why researching this menu was a challenge. However, what we know is that he enjoyed seafood, adored rice and had a fairly long list of Anglo-Indian favourites. To me, it sounds like that list could've come from any Bengali household in Calcutta.
