SEE EVENT DETAILS
10 years of dance. kiss. repeat. Can you even?

Come get flirty and silly and sweaty with us at Public Works for a two-floor takeover featuring some queer lovelies. Lovely queers? All of the above! Join Ariel Zetina, Jason Kendig, Mutualism and Polyglamorous residents BEYA and Mark O'Brien for this anniversary blow-out.

Ariel Zetina is a Chicago based artist, focusing in music production, deejaying, and writing. Though her music can be considered techno, she takes inspiration from Chicago house, Belizean punta, and the queer club scene worldwide. These influences can be heard on a number of EP's, remixes, and in 2022 on her debut album Cyclorama via Local Action Records. She is a resident DJ at the legendary house club Smartbar and co runs the party/mix series Rumors. She is also a playwright, and has had her plays staged around the US. In 2022, she was nominated for Breakthrough DJ-North America by DJ Mag.

Originally inspired by the music electrifying Detroit's airwaves, Jason Kendig has been collecting and mixing a broad range of dance music for well over two decades. From his first residency at Detroit's infamous club Motor in the late 90's he went on to become an integral member of San Francisco's Honey Soundsystem and a resident at Smart Bar in Chicago. Kendig's touring schedule has brought him to dance floors around the globe where he never fails to make others move through his ability to reference dance music's past while keeping an ear tuned to the sounds of the future.
Mutualism from Buffalo, NY has been living on the dancefloor and collecting music for the past twenty+ years. She's become known for spreading joy though her dynamic and energetic dj sets and keeps it cute as a resident of Buffalo's Buddy Buddy, which continues to bring together the queer community from near and far.
