The Dash is a 3K/5K Fun Run/Walk that starts and ends at Little Marina Green. The route takes you along the spectacular San Francisco scenery. For a registration fee of $45 you become a Dasher. Raise an additional $100 (or more) and you become a "Dasher and Splasher". That means you get to also participate in our infamous Plunge. Plungers who raise a minimum of $100 receive an official Feel the BRRR Polar Plunge long sleeve t-shirt, a great lunch and if you are 21 years of age or older, admittance to the hosted beer and wine garden where you can celebrate a wonderful day!
