As a contextualizing session to the performance by "The King of Hearts is Off Again" by Polish theatre company Studium Teatralne, Dr Krzysztof Persak of the Office of the President of the Institute of National Remembrance will lead a discussion on the historical realities that forged the events depicted in the play in Poland and eastern Europe in the years prior to, during and after the Second World War.
