You are responsible for revenue at a venture backed startup with less than $50M revenue. Your board is looking for the "Triple, triple, double, double double' revenue pattern to $100M - This challenge is big and whether you are at $1M or $25M it doesn't get easier. With responsibility for functions as varied as sales development, sales operations, sales engineering and new business sales, you have one of the most challenging roles in the organization.
Playmaker is the capstone program within the SaaSy Sales Managament curriculum and was designed specifically for you by leaders who have walked in your shoes. Our hands-on workshop will leave you confident in your ability to make the right strategic choices for your go to market model and the ability to execute through hiring and managing a high performance management team.
At the end of the workshop you will be able to answer key strategic questions like:- What must be true for us to hit next year's target revenue multiple?- How do I work with the board and be respected as a critical executive who won't be hired over?- How do I architect a sales organization that attracts and retains the A-talent?- Which are the key roles I need to hire for and how do I set them up for success?- How do I compensate/incentivize roles like enablement, ops, pre-sales, sales development etc?
Each bootcamp is led by a veteran of over 20 years experience and whom has been through multiple fund-raising rounds/acquisitions. You will be exposed to real-world examples and with case studies from companies you have heard of.
NOTE: You must be a head of sales at the time of the course in order to preserve the value of our alumni network.

What's the refund policy?
50% refund available 3 weeks prior to the event. Participants may transfer their ticket to another person by notifying events@salesopscentral up to 48 hours ahead of the event. It should be noted that replacements will be approved at the discretion of organizers to preserve the value of the alumni cohort.
