Pizza Making - Wood Fired Tuscan Style Oven in a Garden Setting

This is a hands-on class making Authentic Tuscan pizza.
You will learn how to:
- Make your own dough
- Make your own fresh basil pesto
- Make your own classic tomato sauce
- Make your own caramelized onion
- Garnish your own pizza with fresh ingredients
- Use the Tuscan Oven to cook your pizza
After the hands-on making pizza experience, we will have dinner all together, eating the tasty pizzas you have prepared in the splendor of our beautiful backyard with rose gardens and a koi pond with waterfall!
I will also teach you my personal techniques on how to cook your own pizza at home in a normal oven using a pizza stone.
This is a perfect experience for groups (birthday parties, team bonding, friends get together etc...)
3hours - 4-8 guests.
About Judy
Hi, I’m Judy, a Boston girl who moved to San Francisco in the 1970’s. I have had a lifetime passion for good food and good living which includes a degree from Sonoma State University in Fine Arts and 17 years working for Scott’s Seafood Restaurants.
When we built our home in Novato 16 years ago we also built an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven. We use it for many dishes including the best wood-fired pizza in Marin County.
