Piperade in San Francisco has announced that they will be hosting a Basque Hotel Dinner on Tuesday, January 19 beginning at 6:30 p.m. Priced at $125.00 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity, the four-course meal (see below) will be paired with wines by the glass and will be served in the restaurant's Lauburu private room. The evening's featured wines are by Claire and Gonzague Lurton, a well-established winemaking couple who own a preeminent châteaux in Bordeaux as well as Trinité Estate in Sonoma County.
